Just wondering if it's possible to display the value of a field randomly. For instance, I'm using the Metatag module. My client is a landscaper and covers numerous counties in the area. I'd like to be able to have the different counties randomly appear in the page title section of Metatag. Is this possible?

Also not sure what search engines will think of the changing meta title, they may see it as duplicate content which some of the search engines will penalize you for. Unless you have lots of countries, why not put them in the description something like "Serving (a list of countries)"

nevets CreditAttribution: nevets commentedI think so, since you would have multiple page titles for the same content.
