Click the Add media button in the WYSIWYG, upload or select from library, submit, and it takes you to where you can edit the alt text etc., and then press what should be the final submit button— and nothing happens.

In the JavaScript console it reports "jQuery.browser is undefined".

This naive patch fixes the problem of the workaround for IE browsers breaking Firefox and probably other browsers.
