Issue #3377427 by Grevil, Anybody: Move submodule, rename library to match Drupal standards and general cleansing

- This was breaking the Travis build.

- This is to make sure that we are not breaking the drupal_ti flow.
- Shell variables quoted.

- The default `attributes` of Drupal will be used.

- Project names were incorrect.

- This suppresses PHP warnings (and of course views preview rendering)
  when the style is initially selected, and the settings are not saved.

- If `filterable` setting is disabled, then the `0` setting is not
  considered. This is due to the usage of PHP `empty()`.

- I was seeing PHP warnings when there were multiple fields in the view.

- Common function is now used to prepare the value names in
  drupal.listjs library format.
- Better code documentation in
  `template_preprocess_views_view_listjs()`.
