Prefix human readable label with "Commerce"

To keep the names of Commerce submodules consistent, I think we will have to rename the human readable label of this module to "Commerce Invoice Receipt".

This way the name will use the same pattern as other Commerce modules. For example:

- Commerce Addressbook
- Commerce AutoSKU
- Commerce Billy
- Commerce Search API
- Commerce Message
- Commerce Checkout Progress
- bunch of others.

This will be committed to both branches shortly.
