Replace Template

When I add a new template to a view, after it has already been using one, the view still shows the old template.

I have tried to clearing caches.
I have tried removing the old template from the view so there is no template. Then, adding the new one back.
I have tried replacing the actual template within the new one in the views_pdf_templates directory.
I cleared caches in between each part of this process.

The file is completely removed from the site, but it is still showing as the background of the pdf.

How to I change the template?
