Unpublished events appear on the Calendar

Events saved as unpublished for later use appear published on the Calendar. Unpublishing a cancelled event does not remove it from the Calendar. This allows public access to the inactive/unpublished event's full display via links from the Calendar.

(Until fixed, the problem can be avoided by deleting cancelled events, and/or not entering events until they are ready to published.)
