8.05 patch release

Can I set up a new clean Drupal install using the patch release 8.05? Or do I first need to install 8.04 then do an update?

I don't see and install.php files.

And, yes I am a newbie...

8.0.5 can be installed without requiring any previous version.

I see no install.php, so how do I get the install started?

..and running. Did PhpMyAdmin created dbs, and user.
