Hi I added margin-top: 24 px to browse button; ckeditor-adminimal.css for aligning the button;

body.adminimal-theme a.cke_dialog_ui_button {
  background: #eee;
  padding: 4px 0;
  margin-top: 24px !important;
}

please update this aligning issue

I installed the adminimal theme and also installed the ck editor. Got around the issue, and made some changes to ckeditor-adminimal.css. Please review the patch.
