I am not able to add a dynamic field in Druapl 8 version of display suite. I am trying to add a views as a dynamic field. Perhaps something simple that I am missing.

Not yet possible, try to expose your view as a block and add a blockfield :)

I am not able to achieve what I want with block because there is no provision to filter results of the views using Content: Nid --> Content ID (triggered by Contextual filter Content: NID in the views) which was available in Dynamic fields for Drupal 7. Will dynamic field be added in the future for Drupal 8 version?

Not in the near future. For now the only way to achieve this is writing some custom code in a module. The EVA module also had something usefull in D7.
