Security review module

I am using Security review module
I show me "Some files and directories in your install are writable by the server."
I added to tmp (tmp8wPmo8yb) - I hope this is tmp directory
what was suggested to version 7:

But there are many files which are not secure as they say
Nothing helps. There more I do, the more files appear over there
