Delete

Hi all
I really really need help for this, and would sell my mother for a solution.

I need to make this:
FILE:image/jpeg;81333;4b9dfb19-b073-48fe-944f-45cc9204d934

into this:
4b9dfb19-b073-48fe-944f-45cc9204d934.jpg

The above numbers is different for each file.
The number 81333, witch should be deleted is also different for each file AND can have more or less numers.

Anyone ?
