Bug fixes:

• Seperate CKEditor css. Patch ported by @ncharalampidis .See #2662406
• Adminimal CKEditor skin can now be enabled or disabled from the settings page. Useful if you want to use your own CKEditor skin. See #2662406

Improvements:

• Improved fieldset top border. Replaced with box shadow to avoid triangular rendering in the top left and right corner. Suggested by @istavros

Next stable release will be awesome... with brand new skin... yeah... dark times are coming ;)
