TR CreditAttribution: TR commentedThe customer may add comments/notes to an order on the checkout page if the order comments pane is enabled at /admin/store/settings/checkout (it is enabled by default).
Reviews are a different thing altogether - you don't review orders, you review products. That's done by turning on Drupal comments for the product content type. You can also use the five star module (https://www.drupal.org/project/fivestar) or something similar for ratings.
