Devel Switch User not working under certain conditions

1. It works perfectly only on /admin and /admin/dashboard.
2. On other pages we need to clear the cache before switchig the user. Otherwise it will throws an access denied (403) error.

I use Switch User just about every day and it works perfectly for me. I've never used the Dashboard though, and I don't know whether Switch User can get along with it.

What do you mean with "inner links"? What's the path of the page you're on and what link are you clicking?

Inner links means any link for admin other than /admin and /admin/dashboard.
e.g admin/structure/block/add

I never have this problem and you're not answering my questions in #5 nor upgrading to the -dev version.

It is not a bug in Devel module. But it is an issue with Administration menu module.
