Tests are breaking in HEAD (see #2668776: Dynamic block field should check block access). We had a similar issue earlier for facets.

Note: d.o won't rebuild dependencies until the patch is committed, which means this issue wont pass tests. Maintainers go ahead and commit, then see if HEAD passes.
