In #2512674: Improve tests for IEF form element we split the custom form element test off into it's own class, InlineEntityFormElementWebTest. I forgot though to remove the test function testCustomFormIEF from the InlineEntityFormSimpleWebTestoriginal class.

So testCustomFormIEF is in both classes the more comprehensive version in InlineEntityFormElementWebTest and the one in InlineEntityFormSimpleWebTestoriginal can be removed.
