Enabling this module will break the ability to unflag an entity. I've labeled this as critical due to the huge number of sites using Flag and thus overlap being likely. Administrators may not even be aware of the unflag issue. Reproducible by installing this module and flag.
An unflag link produces the following error.
Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in C:\Users\MR\Sites\devdesktop\test_modules\sites\all\modules\views_natural_sort\views_natural_sort.module on line 129
I'll have a look myself later but it's highly unlikely I can help.

generalredneckWas able to reproduce this problem with the latest stable version of flags.
It turns out that this is a much bigger problem than just an incompatibility with flags. In fact, it's on deletion of any entity. Will put out a fix soon.
The views UI issue is a seperate issue and should be created as such. Moving...

generalredneckMoved Views UI issue. see #2669058: Disabling Views UI produces error.

generalredneckTested the fix and looks like it works. There were 2 typos... one was "entity_keys" should be "entity keys" and the other was I had to change the reference to $entity_type to $type. Give it a test in dev... I'll release this later today as part of 2.2
