Links are not working for filter_xss, filter_xss_admin under "Use check functions on output .." section. Correct links should be :

filter_xss -https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes%21common.inc/function/filter_...
filter_xss_admin - https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes%21common.inc/function/filter_...
