No date / age in local translator

Problem/Motivation

Performing translations is a business about time.

Currently, the local task overviews don't show a date at all.

Proposed resolution

The age of a job is important. Possibly age in h/m/s is the best display...
The date could be accessible on the item title like on d.o issue queue.

We also might want to introduce a positive counter that starts after picking the task.
