On my site i deleted, as administrator, an user account prevously created for development purposes. Now i continually receive messages of delivery failure (the fictitious user mail address was a fake).
Anyone can help me stopping this obstreperous process?

Support requests are not handled in the core issue queue. Try asking in IRC in the #drupal or #drupal-support channels. Also, the Support forum and Drupal Answers on StackExchange can be helpful.
