Hi! I created a sandbox module to expand Follow funcionality https://www.drupal.org/sandbox/sergiocarracedo/2635820.

This module provides some new funcionalities to Follow:

  • Use Fontawesome for social icons (Some networks are removed because fontawesome haven't icon for that)
  • Add Github as new network
  • Allow to set email as a social network

This module need improves, for example a better place to add CSS, but is fully functional
