Hi.

Are you using custom theme?

Could you swith to Bartik or Seven themes and test it?

El Alemaño’s picture

I try with Seven Theme and nothing change.

Is this report from module or custom made?

Which browser are you using? Could you try another?

El Alemaño’s picture

I am using the view from module, I didn't change anything. I already try 3 different Browsers (Chrome, FF and Safari) and nothing change...

The same for me. I also use admin theme Seven but also tested in Bartik with same result. The chart is also very different to the one from google analytics, see attached screenshot (both are summary for the last 30 days):

osopolar, did you check the correct profile on admin/config/system/google-analytics-reports-api page?

El Alemaño, osopolar, could you test it with Highcharts instead of Google Charts?

I double checked the Reports profile, its the one I want to show. Similar results for Highcharts

with Highcharts

The error is already in in the data passed by the data-chart attribute.

@osopolar, have you select the correct profile on admin/config/system/google-analytics-reports-api page?

Could you open admin/structure/views/view/google_analytics_reports_summary/edit/page page and press revert view?
Revent view

If this does not work could you open admin/structure/views/view/google_analytics_reports_summary/edit/attachment_chart page and change Format from Charts to Table? Do you see the correct values of pageviews and sessions?

I now have triple checked the use of the correct profile, updated Google Analytics Reports from 7.x-3.0-beta2+24-dev (2016-01-25) to 7.x-3.0. the charts module version is 7.x-2.0-rc1+5-dev (2015-02-13).

There was no revert view link in first place, so the view was in its default state.

Changing to the table format shows the correct table with columns for date, sessions and pageviews. I switched back to the charts format and found, that the lower values in the chart are the sessions and the higher values are the page views. It seems that aggregation does not work.

The README.txt has suggestions for "Creating Multiple Series and Combo Charts in the UI". I followed that instructions and created a "Chart Add-on" with Pageviews for the Chart display (where I removed Pageviews). I attached the Views export, as a patch would have to much changes because the views export looks different to the one in google_analytics_reports.views_default.inc where t() functions are inline (do you manually edit the views export?). The result looks like:

Result with Pageviews and Sessions

It seems that this is a charts bug, I created an issue there: #2696519: Views: Charts with multiple data fields aren't rendered as expected.. I think this issue could be closed as duplicate.

@Plazik: I guess you aren't using the latest dev version of charts (7.x-2.0-rc1+5-dev from 2015-02-13).

Do you manually edit the views export?

Yes, I do. Еhis is necessary for translations.

Yes, I've tested on charts 7.x-2.0-rc1. This version forks fine.

So, it's Charts module bug #2696519: Views: Charts with multiple data fields aren't rendered as expected.. I've closed it.
