Hi,
I am working on my company's website, it's been a while no one updated it.
I currently have a non-admin account: a login/password for an account that only allows me to edit/add new content.
Does anyone know how I can recover a full access ?
Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot.
I've read this doc & requested a new password via email, but I'm not sure which email was connected to the account.
As for the Drupal root directory, I have no information about where it's stored and how to access it.
I would like to perform this action: https://www.drupal.org/node/1023428
I'm on Windows and I think the site is using Drupal7.
Thanks
If you can't perform any of
If you can't perform any of the recovery methods listed on that page, you'll probably have to ask your hosting company for help. You'll need to regain access to the Drupal root directory (which they may be able to help you with) in order to apply security updates, anyway.
