[META] Lightning 8.x-1.0 beta 3

Media

The Media component, previously a monolith encompassing support for Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and images, will be split up into individual feature modules built on top of a base Media feature.

Layout

The Layout component will now include Panelizer, allowing authors to control the layout of their content with ease. It will also include an early release of the Drupal 8 version of Panopoly Pages, allowing the easy creation and management of one-off landing pages with arbitrary layouts and content.

Workflow

No major changes to the Workflow component are planned for beta 3, but it will be turned into a feature. We will also disable IPE on modrated nodes per 2671198.

Hotfix

A major bug was discovered in the scheduled updates module that prevented it from being used in our configuration. We won't release beta3 until we can fix that bug or remove that functionality. FIXED!
