Problem: entity create action plugins are exposed as "rules_entity_create:entity:node". The 'entity' part makes no sense, this should be "rules_entity_create:node".

Updated! In order to keep the data type in the test to be entity:test:bundle_test, I needed to keep the $data_type variable and basically reset the refineContextDefinitions function to be what it was before.
