Check field access for Panelizer field too

Currently, we check entity access (and Panelizer permissions) when working with the Panelizer field. We should also be checking the field access, in case the user configured it to only allow certain user roles to read/write from the Panelizer field. This is a fringe use-case, but one we should support!
