Wrong tables used in nodeacces_get_grants() [#2663388]

In nodeaccess_get_grants, the table {node_access} is used which doesn't exist. It should be {nodeaccess}.

Well, for the current DEV version it seems that this patch is indeed needed to get the grant default on the node tab, so setting this to review.
