I use a flag, care. when I click the flag (button), it shows the following error:

An HTTP error 500 occurred.
http://mysite/flag/unflag/disable_wsj/33?destination=statuses/share&to...

when I click twice, the flag working. What might be the issue ?

actually not the same for me as i dont even have the double click option
