On this page for example, admin/structure/types/manage/oa-space/panelizer, the site banner and slogan disappear, and content near the top of the page gets clipped by the tool bar. The 'Admin' button doesn't work either.

Happens on some other admin pages too, probably for the same reason.

OA settings:
Menus: nothing checked

Banners: custom banner uploaded
--banner position: above toolbar
--show site slogan: checked

To clarify, it only happens on the page, admin/structure/types/manage/oa-space, when the Panelizer tab is selected, as reflected in the URL.

This should be fixed in the 2.60 version, but keep in mind that certain Admin pages will always have some issues. For example, certain Panels pages disable the site-layout stuff that controls the toolbars.
