If you install latest (8.x-1.11) version of rest ui the ajax on view's rest export breaks.

Core : 8.0.2

Steps to verify:
Create new view with view mode Rest Export
Click on any ajax call link on the page (path for example)
Verify a modal opens.

Install rest ui, and go to the view you just created verify that the modal does not open when clicking an setting.

You should use latest dev unfortunately.

I tested on latest 8.0.x added a rest export display and settings to json. Next visited http://drupal.d8/node?_format=json
