Switch to select html element brokes jquery

Hi there,

when the domain count reach about 20 domains, domain access selection html element switches to select element. This causes domain_path hiding all text fields which in turn removes the possibility to set domain specific path. I make a fast-fix with my low jquery abilities which seems for me to work, however it would be nice if someone can test it.
