It works randomly & TB Megamenue issue

I love this module but it does'nt always work, especially when i try turn back to main page after some setting saving (e.g. module/somemodule/permission->save permission->go back to module page (error 404- page not found)
Overlay module is always disabled by default in my in construction sites.

Hover all, most important for me , RAP prevent to save configurations in TB Megamenu always with the same error (error 404 - page not found)

I wish to use this module; do you think this issues could be solved?
