I need to display only forums posts in tracker modules

In drupal site there is "Recent posts",in these link it is displaying complete infomation like(Blogs,Content,Page,Story,Forums).

My Requirement is to display only forums information only.

Is there any another module than Tracker or any modification in Tracker module to get my requirment.

you can override the default tracker behaviour with Views module.

I am trying to figure out problem with Views Module(still working on it ).

Is there any module in forums for display my recent posts..

Please Help..
