My Tags vocabulary at /admin/structure/taxonomy/tags/edit shows four i18n settings (radio buttons). I set it to "Translate. Different terms will be allowed for each language and they can be translated." and save the vocabulary.
The setting is not saved. It defaults to "No multilingual options for terms. Only the vocabulary will be translatable."
Tried latest stable and dev-x version for Drupal 7. Both have this problem.
It works initially, but after some "site usage" this problem arises. It disappeared shortly after upgrade to the dev-x, but returned after a day or so.

mqannehSame issue here, can't change the "Multilingual options" for any taxonomy.

mqannehI found the reason behind this issue.
If you are using "Taxonomy delete all terms" you should update it to the last dev version as the previous one used to override the form submit function with its own instead of adding it to #submit array.
#2598968: Breaks taxonomy edit form
or use this patch if you don't want to update the module.
