Credited organization repeatedly marked as updated

My credited organization repeatedly is turning up on my dashboard as being most recently updated despite no new changes.

Steps:
1. Some time ago, on my profile (Charles Belov), on the work tab, I added the organization San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency.

2. Recently, perhaps a week or so ago, I made an edit to the Drupal Contributions text for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency

Actual results: Every day, San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is showing up on my dashboard under Your Posts as having been changed, bumping it up to or near the top of the list, even though I haven't made additional changes and no new changes are visible. If I follow the link to San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, I don't see any changes from where I last left it about a week ago.

If I look at the revisions tab for San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, the same revision is shown, but the date is updated to the day before. It also shows the last revision as being by Anonymous (not verified) rather than by me.

If I look at the diffs between the last two revisions, the changes and revision numbers are the same but the date is updated.

Expected results: San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency gets bumped up to the top once on my dashboard under Your Posts as having been changed. As other posts I am following are changed, San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency gradually gets pushed further and further down the list until I make another change to its content.

Looking at the revision tracking or diff of the last two revisions will give a constant date and time until the next time I actually make a change to the content, and will credit that revision to me.
