Drupal Website Development with pre-production and production server

I have 2 servers
1. Pre-Production
2. Production

how to put the UI changes made via Admin panel and also file changes from Pre-Production to Production.
If there are many changes and the development was going on for 2-3 weeks, then how should I put those changes from pre-production to production server.
