When trying to add a web component to a form using webform I get a "Please Wait..." message and the page just hangs. When looking at my browsers web inspector, I see the following message in the console.

mysite.com/admin/build/form-builder/add/webform/9505/textfield?destination=node/9505/webform&js=1&element_id=new_1453934621626

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Service unavailable (with message))

This seems to happen when I have Organic Groups and Spaces enabled. Once I turn these modules off Form builder works fine. Not sure if the issue is with Form Builder, Webforms, Organic Groups, or Spaces. I thought I'd try here first.

I've just released an new version 7.x-1.14. Could you try it with that? This release fixes some errors of this kind.

Same issue im facing with Form builder & form builder webform UI 7.x-1.21. I too have same Organic Groups and Spaces enabled.
