When create Campaign, List Segment doesn't appear [#2657174]

Dear Friend,
I follow the steps described here > https://drupalize.me/videos/send-campaigns-drupal?p=2235 and I averythig works great,
but when I try to create campaigns from module section when I select a list of campaigns (third item of list), then ajax whell running but a List segment doesn't appear.

I tried same procedure in localhost but the problem is the same... and when I try to save it message after is:
MailChimp API call to campaigns/create failed: Internal Server Error: from_email - xxxxxx.xx must be verified to send from it.

and in preprod when i click on button the message is
Error
Status message Campaign test campaign (f00a5624b5) was successfully saved.
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

and campaign was created on mailchimp

add on, a list of campaigns is ever clear and any campaign appear

Please someone can help me?

"from_email - xxxxxx.xx must be verified to send from it." most likely means there's a configuration issue in your MailChimp account. See: http://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/email-authentication/verify-a-domain

We're going to be ending support for the 7.x-3.x branch due to the upcoming deprecation of the v2.0 MailChimp API. If you're still seeing this issue with the most recent release, please feel free to reopen for the 7.x-4.x branch.
