You should probably try searching for a similar question. This is not a general error in Atrium and cannot be reproduced so likely is related to your Drupal configuration.

The problem was related to an additonal copy of the oa_discussion module in the /sites/all/modules directory. Removal of this 'extra' module solved the problem.
