Thank you for your fabulous theme. I've realized that my seo is suffering due to the fact that taxonomy children have a -dash in front of the terms.
This shows up in keywords and page source, specifically when used with the metatag module.
Please how would I remove the -dash from my taxonomy children as keywords would not be searched for with the -dash in front.
Most appreciate your response :)

markhalliwellAs far as I know, core does not prefix terms with a hyphen and this base theme doesn't touch taxonomy. My guess is that it's a view or a field setting that's doing this.

Liliplanet CreditAttribution: Liliplanet as a volunteer commentedThank you @markcaver for putting me in the right direction! It is the token module and so easy to fix.
Solution at https://www.drupal.org/node/1954284
Inserted tokens should have the field:my_term with a underscore and not field:my-term with a hyphen
