link_field_formatter_view() doesn't pass the field item $delta to its theme functions.

When overriding one of the formatting theme functions, such as theme_link_formatter_link_default(), there is no way of knowing the delta of the current item being rendered.

hook_field_formatter_view() has the value, but it doesn't pass it on to the theme functions.
