Currently when I clone field_group from the repository in the field_group.info.yml the following definition can be found:
version: VERSION
This will confuse the update reports page, and it will think that the defined version is 8.0.2 which is wrong.

Then it will display unsupported release.

If I remove this line, then everything goes back to normal.
