Linkit 7.x-3.x UI CKEditor 7.x-1.17

I have installed both of these plugins, along with Linkit Views and Panels, but I cannot get the search feature to work that would allow me to quickly correct bad links.
I have created admin text formats for full, filtered html and plain text.

I can't find any additional information as to what I might be doing wrong...

I believe the Linkit URL button is working, but am not sure...
