WSOD when navigating to admin\structure\openlayers

I'm running core 7.41 with OL 7.x-3.1 with all the regular dependencies except the dev version of service_container. This error started happening when I turned on the Ol examples module and navigate to admin->structure->openlayers I get hit with a WSOD with the php error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Drupal\openlayers\Openlayers::detectLibrary() in /home/nizz0k/public_html/sites/all/modules/openlayers/modules/openlayers_ui/includes/openlayers_ui.admin.inc on line 23

I haven't had this issue before, and my setup on the testing server is the same as on my dev server. Now when I turn off the examples module, I still get the WSOD with the error everytime I navigate to the OL UI. The issue remains even when I flush caches and update the database.
