Release notes

This release fixes a PHP warning on install, fixes the callback syntax per AddToAny docs, and simplifies AddToAny templates.

  • Fix Issue #2651386 reported by @baux: Invalid Placeholder
  • Fix permittable JavaScript syntax for callbacks as suggested here: https://www.addtoany.com/buttons/customize/drupal/events
  • Enable simpler JavaScript syntax for multiple share templates such as using both an Email template and Twitter template.
