Help Text of multi-value File field NOT translated if Token module is enabled

Dear Sir,

If Token module is enabled, the Help Text of File field of Unlimited value will appear NOT translated.

However, it does NOT affect File field of Single value.

I didn't use any tokens in the Help Text, just enabled the Token module since other modules required it.

Any solutions for fixing the conflict ? Thanks
