lingotek 7.x-7.04

This release of the Lingotek Translation module has new features and bug fixes, including Lingotek utility access via drush and enhanced performance. The full list of changes is below:

• Issue #INT-151 by jbhovik: When using node-based translation, target nodes are deleted when source nodes are deleted.
• Issue #INT-825 by robdbailey: moved lingotek_entity_metadata information and field_config-related queries to Drupal caching tools.
• Issue #2601768 by FatherShawn, jbhovik: Expose setup utilities as drush commands, and cleaned up some stubs in utility code.
• Issue #INT-789 by jbhovik: Fixed async problem when adding language-specific targets and fixed language-specific workbench links.
• Issue #2588781 by dasginganinja, jbhovik: Database error received when attempting to view config item in Lingotek Workbench
• Issue #INT-740 by jbhovik: Bean utility only reports having updated beans that need updating.
• Issue #INT-563 by jbhovik: Deleted local translations statuses go to READY when CURRENT and no disassociation has taken place.
• Issue #INT-805 by cfuller: Changed config status updater to use the same function the page uses to determine row/locale statuses.
