D8 roadmap

We'll be progressively upgrading all components of elms learning network as it makes sense to do. The restful, theme and elmsln core components would need to be cleaned up as well as drupal.org/project/dslm being updated to support D8 / drush which it will at some point.

As far as the state of MOOC, in the context of elmsln it's very stable / recieving enhancements and we'd accept work towards a port but D8 is far from ready for pushing forward on in this way at this time. If I'd peg a timeline to it I'd say at least a year out given that this is a small piece of the larger system vision.
