PDF Layout and Block Field

My issue is relate to display suite

1.I used "Two column stacked" layout of display suite, and the PDF's layout totally different. Even I checked "Keep the current theme CSS", the CSS seems never be kept.

2. I created a block field by using "custom fileds -- add a block field", and the block field displays well on node page. But PDFs generated do not include content of this "block field".
