Poll breadcrumbs show special characters in HTML entities form. To reproduce:

1. Create a poll with special characters such as &, >, < and view it.
2. Click "Edit"
3. The breadcrumb on the page will display &amp ; &gt ; or &lt ; instead of the expected characters.
